Happiness is great, but it’s an emotion and, depending on your current situation, it might be one of the circumstances to achieve. Positivity, on the other hand is a mindset, and one that can be chosen at almost any time. Let's take some time this week to address some understanding positivity in relation to the concept of positively being present. Right on the corner happiness is fleeting. No matter what wonderful thing happens, the happy feelings will only last so long, and that’s because, like any emotion, happiness is transitory. Positivity, on the other hand, is a way of seeing the world. It’s an attitude that you can embrace no matter how difficult the circumstances. Positivity is a mindset. Transform yourself to a better version.....



I know everyone's busy. Things go on from one moment to another, time is not fixed it just moves away and the time once lost never come's back. 

Having a good attitude will help you understand yourself better, while your still exploring things remember that everyone's different, and take things differently. You can't expect everyone to behave the same at the same time. Am I right?

Everyone has their own opinions and difference that will make them different and unique from others. The best attitude to carry to yourself is "SMILE". Always carry that glowing smile on your face no matter what. That constant smile on your face will make others wonder.



 Good Mindfulness Habits:

1. Spend time outside: 

The main practice everyone should follow. Frankly, speaking I don't follow this on my own. But this something I would definitely from now on. Because that's something that will give a fresh start up from what your doing. All you have to do is take a walk around your neighborhood. If you have some nice trails, parks, or green spaces, they can make the perfect environment for getting in touch with nature and for connecting with the present moment. 


2. Meditate:

The one best habit that I think everyone should follow. I do this and I have found good results on. I guess this should be taken seriously because this helps us lot more better, makes us feel more better. Gives us a peace of mind. Take one task at a time and put your focus on the task at hand. When you are done, take a short break and then tackle the next task. It is a more relaxed and mindful way to get things done, and it will likely improve your performance.


3. Do something: 

If you have a creative hobby, this can also be a good opportunity to practice mindfulness. More often I would recommend people to do something rather sitting empty. When you try creating something on your own the feeling and the equality in it will make you feel lot better. When you are taking a walk or meditating, you may find that new and creative ideas come to you more easily.


4. Start writing up:

Personally I feel a lot more relaxed when I write and start making note of what actually makes me a better person. As well as giving as much as I can to learn and try something new everyday. This can give you a better startup as well.


5. Read Thoughtful Books:

As you read, ask yourself: “Am I reading good writing? And if so, why?” Decide for yourself who the good authors are, and find great books that inspire you. Reading different styles of books can help you focus on the mechanics and stylistic choices that make various genres of writing work. 


Personal development starts at a point of self awareness. In fact, it may as well be the ultimate end. It through the significant impact of personal development that an individual can grow and improve his or her relationships, wealth, happiness, health, and careers.

Good Things Take Time!

Remember slow and steady wins the race! Slow is not the point. Its all about your hard work and determination you put into your work. Slow down a bit focus on your determined work, don't get carried away by other thoughts or opinions. On this way there will be lot of people who will speak a lot about your work and passion, never bother about such things when your determined about your work. Things take time, time is something that you have to wait for, as it teaches you a lot of lessons. Fight things on your own and win through it. Never expect things to come early and try finishing up things to just get that time.  You start smaller, and you build up to that unexpected big day.  You can’t just show up at the starting line thinking you’re going to be the best and rest because you want to and say so.
