Happiness is great, but it’s an emotion and, depending on your current situation, it might be one of the circumstances to achieve. Donut is l-o-v-e💓! Food is love, believe me or not there are people who live for food, to taste the delicious flavors, in order to get the satisfaction of taste. With food I believe everything changes it just gives you that intermediate satisfaction of being your true self. I prefer to have ice-creams when I think and have snacks when I'm stressed.  Food and eating often bring with it a sense of community, a sense of happiness, and a sense of enjoyment.
